2008 CCBA Scholarship Winners

In 2008, the Carter County Bar Association granted three $1,000.00 scholarships to area high school graduates. These scholarships were given in honor of James Williams; Wilson Wallace and James Doleman. Each of these attorneys was a civic leader and an outstanding attorney.
