Donations are now being accepted for the CCBA scholarship program. All donations are greatly appreciated and will be applied to the 2010 CCBA scholarships. The Honorable Thomas Walker and Mike Mordy were selected as CCBA delegates to the Oklahoma Bar Association. Lorenzo Collins and M. Elizabeth Clark were selected as alternates.

At the Carter County Bar Association Meeting on March 24, 2010 the 2010 Officers were elected and the following resolutions were passed:

Resolution 1: Bar objects to new civil and criminal cover sheets. Judge Walker to draft and send to Oklahoma

Bar Journal and to Supreme Court.

Resolution 2: An executive committee consisting of the President, Vice-President and Treasurer is authorized

to spend up to 25% of the balanec in the CCBA account in case of a local natural disaster.

Resolution 3: The bar is to give 3 scholarships this year and keep the balance of donations on deposit with the

Ardmore Chamber of Commerce Foundation for next year.
